Template:Infobox type Sloth is a creature type used for cards that depict slow-moving tropical mammals with long limbs and hooked claws. Sloths may hang upside down from the branches of trees and often have mosses or plants growing on their back.

History[edit]

The first depicted sloths in the game were <c>Arboreal Grazer</c> from War of the Spark and <c>Relic Sloth</c> from Strixhaven: School of Mages, though both were typed as Beasts. The same was true for the <c>Complaints Clerk</c> from Unfinity, which could be considered a Sloth-folk.

The creature type was finally introduced for <c>Lumbering Megasloth</c> from Universes Beyond: Fallout. All three earlier cards gained the correct type in the Oracle update for that set.
