Template:Infobox type Badger is a seldom used green or red creature type for cards that depict lifelike short-legged, heavy-set digging omnivores.
History[edit]
The first card to bear the type was the <c>Giant Badger</c> which came as a media insert with the Greensleeves book Shattered Chains.
The type was reused for Homelands which had <c>Rysorian Badger</c>, and for Mercadian Masques which had the red <c>Rock Badger</c>. Much later, the creature type reappeared in Born of the Gods (<c>Charging Badger</c>), Commander 2020 (<c>Surly Badgersaur</c>), Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate (<c>Colossal Badger</c>), and Dominaria United (<c>Bog Badger</c>).
