Template:Infobox type Present is an acorn creature type used for face-down creatures, which are usually wrapped. Presents look like creatures of other recognizable types, except they are completely covered or enclosed in paper or other wrapping materials. They seem to be created by sending a creature through some kind of magical rift similar to that of <c set="CMD" number="" title="Chaos Warp" artist="">Chaos Warp</c>, or a time rift transited by a suspended creature.

History

Present debuted as a creature type imposed by <c>Chaos Wrap</c>, the 2022 Holiday card. That spell makes another card into a Present by putting it into play face down as a 4/4 red creature.
